This study aims to analyze the needs of waste transportation fleets in Gorontalo City to support effective and efficient waste management. This analysis considers factors such as the volume of waste generated, the area of Gorontalo City, geographical conditions, and the current available fleet capacity. The research methods used include secondary data collection, quantitative and qualitatatative data analysis, and fleet needs modeling. The results of the study are expected to provide recommendations for the number, type, and specifications of the ideal waste transportation fleet for Gorontalo City, so that it can improve the performance of the waste management system and create a cleaner and healthier environment. This recommendation also considers aspects of sustainability and operational cost efficiency.
