This study aims to evaluate the fulfillment of the functional aspects of the building post-occupancy and to formulate improvement priorities based on technical standards and user perceptions. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis through observation, documentation, and the distribution of a post-occupancy evaluation instrument to 65 active building users. The instrument covers 25 indicators across seven aspects: workspace and operations, circulation and access, supporting facilities, operational comfort, fire safety, seismic resilience, and accessibility for people with disabilities. Analysis was conducted using achievement percentages, category interpretations, and validity and reliability tests. The results showed a functional compliance rate of 74.6% (good category), with the highest achievement in accessibility for people with disabilities (88.7%) and the lowest in fire safety (55.0%). The instrument was found to be valid and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha 0.781–0.864). The building supports basic operational functions but still requires improvements in safety, ventilation, supporting facilities, and disaster preparedness.
